'He's got a similar profile and ability to The Jukebox Man and could easily outrun his 66-1 odds'

Sam Hendry gets the lowdown from Ben Pauling and the Nigel Twiston-Davies camp on their Cheltenham hopes

It may be an overused cliche, but with enough muscle in your arm you may actually be able to throw a stone from Ben Pauling’s yard into Nigel Twiston-Davies’s such is their proximity to each other by the small village of Naunton around 13 miles from Cheltenham racecourse.

Shakem Up’Arry provided Pauling with a fourth festival winner in last season’s Plate, although the trainer and owner Harry Redknapp were denied a famous double when The Jukebox Man was run down by Stellar Story in the Albert Bartlett.

Unfortunately, The Jukebox Man, who had been highly impressive in his two chase wins and was shaping into a leading Brown Advisory contender, is not on the teamsheet after picking up a season-ending injury, but plenty of hope remains elsewhere.
